    Continuous PU Sandwich Panel Line
    Rigid PU- aluminum foil cover sandwich panel line is the line to produce the PU sandwich panel with aluminum cover on both sides. The thickness of the sandwich panel is usually 20-150mm, width usually 1200mm and the length is adjustable. The product is mainly used for the outside wall insulation. The production line can also produce other soft cover sandwich panel. The working principle is as follows: The raw liquid of rigid foam is poured on the bottom cover after mixing in the mixing head at rated ratio which is measured by metering pump. Then they go together with the top cover into the double belt press. The liquid will become rigid inside the press and become solid. The solid panel will become the demanded products after two sides trimming and panel length cutting.

    The production line contains one embossing machine, two un-coilers, one aluminum foil pre heater, one injection machine, one foaming machine, one side paper device, one double belt press, one hot wind system, one side trimming device and one panel cutter.

    This machine is used to produce the PU insulation board and has been well recognized in domestic and overseas market. The products are widely used in the steel structure factory building, residential building, super market and other public areas.

    The producing flow of PU insulation panel is similar to the one of Phenolic insulation panel. The differences are the foaming way, raw material and usage on the outside wall insulation system.
     The main characteristics of continuous PU sandwich panel line.
    1) The continuous PU sandwich panel line(SP-PU-C) consists of two sets of decoiler, steel panel transverse shearing machine, stainless steel plate surface PVC membrane covering device, roller forming machine (3sets) and a lifting platform, preheating chamber, PU foam injection system and panel automatic cutting system and cooling system, automatic stacker;
    2) Mature foaming and double belt hydraulic control system (24 meters) and 4 nylon seal block wall panel and roof panel;
    3) Use heated air circulation oven to strictly control the PU foaming setting temperature.
